> This is yet another article to break with acquired life patterns.
> During our lifetime we have been taught that only the wise and/or very experienced people are the ones that have the answers to our questions. Therefore we have been programmed to seek that “someone” to get an answer. That “someone” could be the author of a book, a television conductor, a psychologist in our neighborhood, the grandma with years of experience that all family members seek for an answer, the teacher at school when you were young, the successful businessman that learned through trial and error, the divine beings through some kind of signal or dream, and the list goes on and on.
> But there an important person that is usually not on that list. A character that has all the answers to what ever question you can formulate. Are you ready to know who this is? It’s a real flesh and bone person. This person is also available when needed. Are you already guessing who it is? The answer is very simple, but will need further explanation. The simple answer is “myself” (me).
> When you create a question, you also have the answer. It doesn’t matter how complicated is your question, you have the capacity to answer it. The problem is that we haven’t developed the ability to answer our own questions. The reason we have not developed the ability to answer our questions has to do with great power in the roots of our history. I will not write in this article why we are what we are. I would rather dedicate this article to let you know that you can answer your questions quite accurately.
> I will demonstrate using logic. If you are able to formulate a super intelligent question, than I assure you that in the same manner that you created the question, you can reach the answer you are seeking. How many times have we seen people in a conference, a class or at work ask a “dumb” question? The reason we classified the question as “dumb” is because we know that the person that made the question can easily answer that same question if only given the time to think and formulate the answer.
> Why do we ask if we can come up with the answer? This is a learned habit. We ask because we want to reach the answer taking short cuts. Instead of putting our minds to work to answer the question, we take that short cut. The risk taken is that a short cut can take you to a non desired action given that you do not know how the answer was created. And you trust the answer given without knowing the decisions and processes that occurred prior to reaching the answer. I will give you an example to show you that we all have fallen into these patterns. We have all asked at some time in our lives: What or who is God? Because we have blindly believed the answer given in the short cut taken, when we are capable of reaching the answer to the question, we have fixed in our minds an answer that could be undermining the true answer to such a profound question. I will not give you the answer to that question. I recommend though that you do not take your current answer as it is today. To know what or who is God is a journey. If you are interested in answering that question, I wish you an excellent and interesting trip in that wonderful voyage.
> I gave you an extreme example to create that mental contrast to open your sight. Your formulated questions do not have to be of that deep magnitude of the question reviewed above, it could be something trivial or from your everyday routine. I invite you to do the test. Go ahead and formulate a very difficult question. It has to be an important and relevant question in your life. Something that is worth investing your time and effort, and knowing that you could encounter difficult feelings. Please take note that if you are currently in an emotional storm, you will not be able to formulate the question nor the answer. First you have to get out of that storm to give you the space and time needed. A tip to answering questions is to create a decision tree. That way you can see the alternatives choices and the branches of following choices to come.
> If you think it hard enough, you will know who I am and who are you. The answer lies within you. I wish you a beautiful and color filled adventurous trip in time and space that have been given to you as a gift and that you have earned.
